No. Notice where it says:

"This T-34 model is a perfect model for transition from a trainer into more advanced aircraft, yet is still very mild mannered. It has 4 channels, giving full control of throttle, rudder, elevator, and ailerons."

That pretty much sums it up. You need a high wing primary trainer type aircraft to start.
