Hi i am new to airplanes alghough i have flown cheap 2ch foam airplanes. I have found two good airplanes and i want your oppinon if you think i should get some thing else i would be glad to hear. But i am on a tight 200$ buget. the first one comes with a flight sim and brusshlees moter with lipos. the seconed one has brusshless and lipos as well. also what one is easer to fly as a begginer and then start my training at airfield.

Neither, both of your choices are advance aerobatic aircraft and you would have a very difficult if not impossible time learning to fly with either one. It doesn't even say what radio comes with them and would most likely not be compatable with any possible instructors radios for buddy box uses.
If electric is what you want I would recommend something more like this:

No. Notice where it says:
"This T-34 model is a perfect model for transition from a trainer into more advanced aircraft, yet is still very mild mannered. It has 4 channels, giving full control of throttle, rudder, elevator, and ailerons."
That pretty much sums it up. You need a high wing primary trainer type aircraft to start.
