:spinnyeye After looking at some of the recent photos I have a couple of suggestions. On my Extra I used the Rocket City control horns all around. On the rudder the stock location is to high. When I used 3D rates and the rudder was all the way to one side the control horn hit the elevator when it was in the down position.
The solution is to simply shorten the R.C. control horns. This also reduces throw. I had to install a (Dubro) large heavy duty control horn on the servo to allow 3D.
