Default Blade covering problems!

Regular heat shrink films don't work well or last long. Ultracote Plus and other sticky backed films like it work the best. Heli-world sells heat shrink slip on blade covering for 30 + 60 size blades for about $3 per package. You need to seal the ends with heat and then shrink the rest of the covering to fit the blades. A few drops of CA on the ends will help keep them sealed OR you can finish the blades with a fuel proof paint and forget about covering them OR spend more money for glass or carbon blades (ouch).
