Are the 4-stroke versions also suitable for the funtana?
I've never owned a OS 4 stroke but I've heard that they are very smooth and fuel efficient. Unfortunately, they weigh a lot and don't make much power. For example, the OS FS70 II Surpass makes 1.1 hp and weighs 22.1 oz. A Saito .82 makes 1.5 hp and weighs 16 oz. Also, the Saito only costs $55 more than the OS.
When I was looking to buy my Funtana 40, I found several of them at my LHS that were very resonably priced but they both had OS 70's. I passed on them and purchased a new F40 with a new Saito .82. It cost me double what I could have bought a really nice used one for but I don't like being underpowered and/or overweight.
