Hers' how I start mine: Prime it till there's fuel coming out of the carb, then close the throttle and flip a few times. Then go to idle throttle and attach glow igniter. I use a chicken stick and hit the prop backwards against compression. If there is fuel in the cylinder it will fire. I can also start it by grabbing the spinner and twisting it backwards against compression. A good demonstration of that technique is shown on the H9 Edge video on www.3dbatix.com and is an acceptable method. Hope this helps.
