GY 401 problem
Ok,
I'm just stumped here I have a 401 and using a HS-65 with it. When not is HH mode the helicopter hovers has no problem what so ever. If I switch to HH mode the gyro starts putting input into the servo. Here is how it is set up: My servo arm is short as I can get it ( I don't have wag in NoN HH mode or HH mode) I've tried different gains from 10 - 80 percent. If I have any gain on it the servo auto goes full right swing very slowly but If I correct it as soon as I stop putting input it goes full right again. It's as if something is telling it that is giving it input. I never had this problem until the other day after about 3 good flights I decided I would do a one over and tightened a few things up nothing major or even with the flight controls. Now today I go out and do some flying and I can't get the tail to stop drifting. Once again it only drifts in HH mode. I don't use any sub trims on my rudder so switching from NoN HH mode to HH mode shouldn't be any big deal, doing this with rotors stopped and the helicopter not moving. Any input would help, I'm still flying but do like the HH mode for just hovering around and building my skills up.
