Default RE: Brillelli 25GT on CMP Spitfire

The antenna is at the top of the vertical stab. I really think moving the RX back and shielding everything did the trick. I did read several posts about others having trouble with metal hubbed tailwheels in the Gas Engines section and Radio Equipment forum.
Unless I can find a decent set of retracts used,, I'll be bending mine back into shape today. If I just would have kept a tiny bit of throttle going and held back elev slightly it would have been a perfect landing. The extra weight fooled me once. I'll try to be ready for it next time. It's just that it floated in so nice and slow I thought I could chop throttle .
