Check out PCM Models AV8R. Easy and cheap to build. Takes off in 150 ft. No retracts to get tangled in the grass. I had mine framed in three days and finished in a little over a week. Kit comes with everything except the covering and brakes. All the other birds mentioned will not sit down on a 350 ft runway without a tail hook
