Well I got my Volcano today.

I pulled the engine (btw: from the factory the engine wasn't square to the gears and way too much slop) to check the clutch shoes. The shoes are installed with the pin in the leading hole of the shoe and the spring cloest to the flywheel. In otherwords looking at the engine from the clucth bell side the crank rotates counterclockwise. get the pins in a 12:00 and 6:00 position. With the clutch slices together side by side you will have 2 holeson top @ 11;00 and 1:00 & 2 on the bottom @ 7 and 5. top goes to the 1:00 & bottom goes to the 5:00. If you are stripping gears, Exploding clutch bells and have had the shoes off to change or repair the cltch spring checkout the placement of your shoes

.
OOHH... I ran 2 tankfuls of fuel thru the truck @ idle or just above and could'nt take it any longer. Blipped around the yard slow for 3 more tankfuls. Absolutly NO problems!

. Starts right up 2 pulls right outta the box. I did blue loctite the engine screws after checking the clutch and setting the gear mesh. Another tank or two and I'll start the abuse. DHL beat the piss outta the box in shipping but luckily did hurt the truck.
