no doubt in my mind, your spur gear mesh is bad or more then likely your clutchbell bearing are shot. I would check the bearings on the clutchbell, then if those are fine, set the spur gear so that is is almost at a slight grinding point. You just want the mesh to click. Hard to explain. Then tighten the crap out of your engine mounts so the engine can't move. Guaranteed fix!
