If you were just wanting to make a boat out of it... then you might get skunked a little on the kit parts... otherwise... the only thing that you actually use from the kit is the hull, keel and rudder, the rest gets tossed. If you are planning building it as *just* a boat, check with your local sailing club or group (assuming you have one, and you probably do) and you may likely find someone has all the parts left over.

If you are building a competitive boat to race, then you have it all right there in the Vic Resource center. There are more add-ons, and go fast items than you can believe. Don't let it all fool you though... practice is the best add-on you can get. We had a guy in our club take someone's thown away sails.. literally wash the food off them from the trashcan they were in, and win the first 3 heats of a regatta a few weeks back, and against some Nationally ranked skippers. Never underestimate the importance of practice.
