I had some JR venture 30 dampers lying around and tryed them after my original shuttleplus ones wore out ,worked very well much stiffer feel.. , i think you can buy K&S ones that work for shuttle also. . i also shelled out for a new swashplate because the stock one i got was crap. i learned to fly on a shuttleplus , and still fly it , its a nice heli. i also had the tracking problems with the shuttle at first. not as major as yours but i always found that tracking would be off every new day i went flying... got new metal swash , dampers and added all the neccesary bearing upgrades in the rotor head and the tracking probs went away and flew great, really tight. hope you get it sorted.

the use of woodie main blades is the most common reason for daily tracking issues, not to say your swash wasn't part of the problem as well but even on high quality birds (such as the X-Cell) woodies require tweaking of the tracking daily.
