Default RE: CMP Kits – Problems and Solutions

Problem with CMP Giles 202 50. I'm sure some of you have this model. Flies great!!! However, as I love the scheme of the covering, its quality is terrible. After ten flights, the covering has peeled back near the cowl, there is a rip on the right elevator and a tear on the left side rear of the fuze. It seems awfully thin to me. No way in he11 are you gonna match the covering!!!!
Going to hit it with a low temp iron to re-stick it back on but, it looks like I am gonna have re-cover this thing after the flying season is done. That is, if it lasts that long. Probably going to use Ultracote.
