To learn to fly that airplane, you will have to 1) Join a club, 2) Join the AMA (for the insurance) 3) Find one of the club instructors who is willing to teach you on that airplane (good luck with that).
It would be possible to set the Wild Stik up like a trainer and fly it with a four channel radio, but you can buy a real trainer for about half the money you're going to spend setting the Stik up and with an instructor, you probably won't crash the trainer.
