Default RE: removing clutch bell stripped screw

Sorry to hear about your bad luck offroadfury. This happened to me not to long ago. The screws on the fun factor arent great quality and cant withstand alot of wear nor tear.

To solve the problem i used a drill/Hammer drill. I used a drill bit that was small enough to make a hole that would in turn break the head of the screw. If did ake me forever and i was using a hamer drill with all my force on top of it. Once you do this and finally break the screw you will notice that the thread on the screw will be jammed inside the pilot shaft. There is absoluely no way o getting this out so you will need to replace it. It only costs about $ 3.00 so dont worry.

I did an article about this on my website but for now try this link he gives some info on how to fix the problem in more detail i couldnt find the auctual link but it is there somewere www.misbehavin-rc.com
