The description of 15th is right, I saw the same model in my local hobby store with 1/15th printed on the box, they were asking 40 dollars for it.

I do not know how accurate the actual scale is however. It will be a challange. I would suggest keeping the lower hull of the Pershing and replacing the upper hull and turret with the walker as a start.
