I disagree a good dyno will give you an indication of the performance a engine is capable of but If you don't know how to tune and you have the wrong pipe on it, you can have the best motor in the world and its going to be crappy. The dyno that these guys use in my opinion is accurate the motor turns a weighted drum instead of a prop. And the video of this engine confirms that it is indeed a powerful motor. The final determing factor will be how many big races it wins and how easy it is to tune. It has not proven itself yet but it looks promising.
