The only way I know to tell if your battery has a full charge meaning the Mhh output as far as I know is to cycle it. I am sure there are far more knowledegable electronic people that will correct me if there is a meter for this. The meter I'm speaking of tells you weather its safe to fly as far as what power your battery has left in it. Maybe someone else can explain it a heck of a lot better than I can.
