My new DA 50 has about 1 gallon through it now. I have had a couple of dead stick landings due to the motor cutting out. It tends to sputter when I'm on an upline. Once I get it up high and go in to a flat spin the motor dies. What is the problem here?? I did lean out the high and low end a little. The low end was leaned out until the transition was not good and then I richened it back up enough to get a great transition. It revs awsome with no hesitation on the ground. Mid range it sputters some. The high end is leaned out but only very little. DA told me I could lean out both settings before it had 4 gallons through it and I dont have to wait for total break in. I am not too lean for those of you thinking thats the problem I'm sure. Again, I have sputter on uplines and it has died when goin in to a flat spin. Other than that it runs perfect when just flying in circles. Inverted flight is fine too. Please help me here. The last dead stick was rough and now I have to repair my brand new Wild Hare Edge becouse of this. I'm tired of it and feel like just buying a 3W-55. I dont want to but thats how upset I am with this DA. Thanks to all who replies.
