It is a shame, especially in a hobby where most of the participants are the nicest people you could ever meet. I know the thread you are talking about, because I had just finished writing a well thought out reply to try to relate how we had educated a new pilot, stopped him from destroying a winter's work, and made a new friend. Within the hour, the whole thread dissapeared. Obviously, the guy must have contacted you about the incident, but why didn't he let you know who the offender was?
