Default RE: DF400 #35

Good, I havn't been doing this long but I'm a maint eng.at an old (100+yrs old) buewery turned freezer plant turned industrial work spaces. The whole place is almost a mile long and I take care of all of it. but I understand tech data and I learn very, very fast.
I thought this was a good deal and I searched the web and looked up each part and its price. I was amazed. the total was over $1,000.oo us
But to hear someone of your experiance in the hobby say that I did ok, makes this purchase even sweeter. I'm just going to sit on it for awhile. I figure that while still learning on the DF 40 I'll have plenty of time to learn how to program the Tx. I have two tail motors and two main motors on order so I'll have a total of three mains and two tail motors on hand for the 40.
These tail motors really piss me off. they burn out so quick, and when I used the LI-Ploy in it, (2200mwh) It smoaked the tail in five minutes.(#**@*#@#)
So I e-mailed hobby-estore and told them my problem, and reminded that there add said in very bold type "NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT BURNING TAIL MOTORS OUT". yes it was a DF #40 advertisement. I told them that in one month I've burned fore out. and then said that I know what I wanted them to say to me but I'd wait to see how they wanted to handle this deceptive add of theres and the prob it has caused me. I really just hope they give me a box of tail motors and tell me to go away.I like my 40.
I'll send you the heli family photo when I get the Z-400 #35.
