For servos and gyros, I imagine the same stuff that's popular among the nitro fliers would transfer to the electric, so I bet we'll see alot of Futaba servos in these things as a standard setup, aswell as GY401's or GY601's standard on the gyro.
As for the receiver? Whatever radio you happen to fly is the brand you'll probably need, as using a PCM RX is always a good idea.
With the exception of the align motor and ESC, for guys who want real power, plettenburg motors aswell as Kontronik motors will probably be popular choices, matched up with castle creation's 85A HV esc's. Pricey, but good quality motors. Neu makes some large motors too that will probably look nice in a T-rex 600

Of course, it's still too early to tell what will and won't work. I don't even know what size servos the 600 uses. I'm assuming standard size.
