First you said you were waiting on decals and then you mention something about getting the stickers on. I would definitely wait on some nice decals (water-slide type or dry transfer) as the cheapo stickers that come with the tank would hardly do any justice to your efforts on the tank's fine paint job. Just don't use them.

Only thing I would do is repaint the solid "rubber tires" on the road wheels. If you are depicting a hastily applied winter white-wash where the crew just slapped the paint on, the paint on the rubber would eventually wear away anyway.

I have to agree with pretty much everything CapnCrunch43 said. I also would really like to see some vertical streaks in the paint finish. We rarely get to see the effects of rain on people's tanks.

Regardless, you did a fine job on your first try.
