What plug are you using ?A 1-L K&B seems to work fine in that engine Even though its a new engine if you can't get any results adjusting as airport joe has said I would remove the carb and check it for any dirt or debries .Last but not least I have seen several that had to go to a regulator .Good luck when running correct the moki will push a lot of wind.
