Tim C. I agree whole-heartedly! I've been tempted to take a pair of scaling dividers and reduce the design down so that a hot .25 would do for it, what a .61 does for the current offering.

rccardude, as ghee-grose stated.....a bad experience.......but if someone doesn't take a stand, the service will only get worse. Hey, if they want any more of my money maybe they ought to treat their customers with a little respect......I'm not one of the sheep herd so willing to be fleeced! Nothing worse in my opinion than a company the won't stand behind their mistakes. Nough said.
