My advice with the Super Tigres........if you don't like to fiddle with engines............send it back, get the replacement, and sell it on Ebay or to someone you know is a tinkerer. Then take the money and buy and O.S. FX! Now remember, I'm NOT criticizing you for buying one I'm just relaying my opinion. Otherwise, replace the fuel lines, check the O-ring and if the spray bar is clear remove the pressurizing line from the muffler all together! If that doesn't work then I'd say you have a genuine factory reject! Hope this helps.
