I've been using futaba 148's in my funflys for a few years now and something has always bugged me but never presented a problem the servos show about a .5mm of slop inherant in the gears this translates to almost 1-1.5 degrees of slop in the surface i never have experenced flutter in my planes even in some unexpected higher than normal speed dives

But I am just wondering about the affects this slop is having on my planes flight does anyone else's servos have this and if you did you continue flying?

is it time for new gears or new servos?
