I just posted this ad last night.. http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemID=203145 .. I selected it to be featured in the forums, and to show it in the rcu toolbar ticker.. It has not done eather one.. I looked at my account and I WAS CHARGED for this.. Rcu please fix this.. I payed 4.00 for this and I got nothing..
