I just posted this ad last night.. http://www.rcuniverse.com/market/item.cfm?itemID=203145 .. I selected it to be featured in the forums, and to show it in the rcu toolbar ticker.. It has not done eather one.. I looked at my account and I WAS CHARGED for this.. Rcu please fix this.. I payed 4.00 for this and I got nothing..

I just saw it on the 3rd refresh in the 3D forum. attached below is screen capture.

It won't show on every page load but will rotate among others that are featured in the same category forums (i.e. 3D).

The ticker it will scroll through on the toolbar when set to the market ticker setting.
