Default RE: CMPRO Leo 110 Info please !

Hi

I had been experienced both Exelleron 90 and Leo 110, they both are great pattearn plane with very stable characteristic and cheap to start with. I have no problem and very comfortable flying the Excelleron due to it's weight which is far lighter than Leo. As I said Leo is too heavy, it's flying weight is around 4.5KG which is nearly the weight of the 2M plane and you have to put at least 120 2 stroke with the tune pipe which I dont think ys110 with pipe is enough for this plne. Another problem I found with Leo is that the fixed landing gear is too soft for its weight and the covering will peal off real bad after a few flights. I think the Excelleron 90 is better than leo in a lot of ways. Another plane that I would recommend to you will be the Fliton Infinity 90. This plane is lighter than the Excelleron with the better designed for F3A flying style which i was flying it for a year.

good luck with your new project.
