It's not likely to have enough tail authority to hover IMO, but maybe. I run the APC 13x6 on my Saito 72 to get my DPM Ultimate 40 to hover at a bit over half throttle. The 14x4 seems to be a bit too much prop to spool up quickly.

You may also want to move the CG aft a bit to increase tail authority.
