Agree with doubledee! I use a 3 line set up with a fuel dot on all my planes. As he said, they are very attractive, they work great & they only cost a few bucks. A friend of mine uses those 2-way fueler valves that only require a 2 line system. Also an attractive unit when installed, however they seem to be problem prone. Everytime he has an engine run problem we usually find that fueler valve to be the culprit! They also cost 3 times what the fuel dot costs. The fuel dot is the simplest maintenance free, & problem free set up that I have found so I won't use anything else.

Alan has allready squared ya away on how we bring the needle valve up above the cowl for tuning.

This is a link to the easy fueler valve that he allways has problems with. I would stay away from this one. Just my opinion, I'm sure there are guys that love this thing, heck he still uses them.

This a link to the one Tower has that is very similar to the fuel dots I use. For some reason they are more expensive though. I get them for around $4 at my LHS.

Good luck.
