I have a problem with my Jr 610UL Rx's. Turns out they are incompatible with HS55 servos. So rather than buying another new Rx I wondered if anyone had tried removing the case from a JR R700 Rx? The idea is just to get it as light as possible without spending a lot more money, of course. I have an R700 in a plane that I no longer fly so I figured why not. The case came off very easily, and I figured I could just shrink wrap it.
