I am not a Futaba user but I suspect the Skysport 6 will not support Flaperons, check your manual. If that is the case then for your ailerons use a 'Y' cable but of course you will not have flaperons. If your airplane has separate flaps then they will operate from your extra channel. Now if this airplane has strip ailerons then using flaperons are fine if your radio supports it but if it is equiped with barn door ailerons without inboard flaps then flaperons are a bad idea anyway. Turning barn door ailerons into flaperons will aggravate tip stalling tendencys at low speed and that is not condusive to long life for the airplane.
