Barndoor ailerons are short/wide ailerons out near the wingtip as opposed to strip ailerons that are almost full span and very narrow, these are the type that lend themselves to use as flaperons.

There are several versions of the Skysport 6 and possibly the latest will provide for flaperons but I doubt it. I think with Futaba you will have to go with the 6X series to get that feature. Another excellent starter computer type is the Hitec Flash 5X that is a far more capable than the Skysports and inexpensive.

If I may make a small suggestion here, at your stage of your progression perhaps you should just forget the flaps. They really are going to do very little for that ship anyway.
