no,there is a serial bus on the box it self but it also comes with a cord to hook up your real TX, using the usb box as the interface. comes with all the adapters for most TX's round .square.pin my two futabas use 6yg a round plug and the 6exas a square plug so with the sim you have to turn the power on the TX and run it thru the sim TX dual player port. Being that there is a din connector (i think that is the right type ex headphones small radio) between the adapters and the main cable you are only sending two lines of communication. (stereo speakers )don't think this will work so i went ahead and ordered the real cable just in case. i still haven't tried the other cable yet, just ain't had the time yet. hope to go flying this wk-nd [8D][8D] just checked tower order wont be in till the 10th guess we will have to use the hand off method if the cable don't work
