sure i got a lil bit ahead of myself building this thing with no plans or prior knowledge of building riggers or hydros, do you guys think itll plane out? think the skeg will cause too much cavitation?hmmm, are the sponsons too flat and wide? too much contact with the water?if i put 3/8" shoes on the back, it would effectively be surface drive when on plane, but it being straight shaft, the thrust angle would be pointed down a few degrees..
