Here is what I think. If you are thinking about putting a Ys-91 on it, why don't you go with more power with about 1/3 the cost. I have a Magnum .91 two-stroke on my GP Extra 300 65" which weighs a little over 8 pounds. I spin a 14x6 prop and it has serious vertical. Probably could go for a 15x6 also with no problems. This would weigh so much less than the G23. If you have to have a 4s, you go with an OS 120III, which weights pretty much the same as the YS but can swing a bigger prop.
