Being Traxxas makes a 2.5 with a pull starter I would think you could put one on it. Being I am not a Traxxas fan I cannot tell you where to get one but do recommend you check on there web site. I do not know your mechanical ability but as far as I am concerned putting on a pull starter would be easy.
