Heat is the only thing that is going to get the epoxy to let loose. Heat the area with a heat gun and pull on the landing gear as you heat it until it comes out. Another thing you can try is using a soldering iron (or small butane torch) to heat up the landing gear itself, and pulling the gear as it heats up. Just be careful as you do this is it's probably going to take a fair amount of heat to get it come loose depending on how well they are glued in.
