Hi,

Your mate will need about a 11X6 or 11X7 size prop for that engine.

An Enya no.3 or OS no.8 glow plug are both good all round plugs, most (I know including me) prefer the Enya

Needle valve settings in the region of about 3 turns open from fully closed to start off with.

Fuel is personal preference, a good one to start off with (which I have been using all the time with no problems) is Model Technics Irvine 5% Sport Mix which is Red in colour. - About £13.50 a Gallon

Not sure what you mean about the two different tanks ? - what do you want to know ?
