Yeap in heading hold the servo will not center when the tail rotor is not spinning. Charlie is right the endpoints need to be adjusted on the Tx depending on your gyro. If you have a limit adjuster on the gyro use that to adjust the travel and set your travel adjustment on the 6102 to 100% each.
