i had the same issue with my rc10gt when i was driving then i let off the gas it was reving real loud so i leaned out the hs needle and it eventually stopped doing it remember your car runs diff everyday with the weather so experiment with the needle i would say high speed for now if u turn it to much just turn it back to where it was simple
