Default reving engine?

if i have my low speed needle set too rich, and i drive WOT on the highway and let off the throttle, will the engine rev up real high? it doesn't seem to do it in the grass, but it will on the pavement, wheter i let it coast or apply the brakes. it seems to rev louder when i apply the brakes i guess cuz its slowing down faster, or is this normal?

i had the same issue with my rc10gt when i was driving then i let off the gas it was reving real loud so i leaned out the hs needle and it eventually stopped doing it remember your car runs diff everyday with the weather so experiment with the needle i would say high speed for now if u turn it to much just turn it back to where it was simple

The HSN affects the LSN that is why all recommend adjusting the HSN first. I recommend you but everything back to factory settings and start tuning all over starting with the HSN. If you still have problems after doing that check for air leaks.

Sounds like you are on the right track and it is what is called a false idle.

This may help.
