RE: KMP B-25 CONSTRUCTION.
Well I haven't test flown my B-25 yet and because of an accident I had two weeks ago, with a propeller on the plane....spend the better half of the afternoon,putting it together(at the field),running engines,checking everything out and then we were ready for the test flight...My buddy started the left engine,and then he was attempting to start the right one, and I was reaching across to assist him when it happen....My left hand engaged a 14" prop,and got it three times before it stopped..Anyway, had 35 stitches in it (index finger), and hopefully, tomorrow they come out..Still pretty sore....Probably another two weeks before I do some serious flying and am sure I can give a more positive report on the test flights...Am very confident the "Ruptured Duck" will fly...End of story............
