A decent radio is the Futaba 7C, a good radio is the 9CH both come with 4 servos, you will also need a gyro and servo for that, the GY401/9254 are the way to go there.

You will also need metric hex drivers, a pitch gauge, a glow driver, a glow plug extension, blue locktite, silicon grease and a 6mm starter extension, some ball link pliers, some Hayes clunk line and order pv0499 one piece tail hub and replace the stock hub when you build it.
