Absolutely! Add in the 100 degree weather we've been having and your density altitude is over 7500'. Trust me, these electric heli's weren't designed to fly 7500' high. I'm in Reno and I've yet to get my 22E to hover out of ground effect. I'm about ready to give up. The only thing left for me to try is a LiPo. I hate to keep throwing money at this thing with no guarantee it will ever fly at Reno's altitude. You have to make it as light and as powerful as possible to have any hope, or take it to SF.
