i got a used jell cell, and it is having issues charging. i had it on the charger for over 14 hours, and the voltage didnt change at all. it still reads around 9.25 volts. is there a way i can cycle it or is it garbage?
the charger is new. without a load it reads at 12.5 volt, charging the battery it is reading 11.20volt. what can i do?
