Weight distrubition is very important in racing but in just bashing and drifting situations it is not really all that important. If your going to be racing competatively then it is prolly best that you do get it but if your not racing competively then it is not needed and I would not spend the money. As I said it is very important in competive raceing but is not as important in drifting as you can counter act the high center and off cent weight with just spring and shock oil along with some slick tires.
